Okay it sucks that nowadays all fire nuking builds are based around the three elites that all come from NF. something is messed up, but never mind that. simply put, i dont have nightfall (ie. only have Prophecies and Factions), and i'd like some help putting together a workable Fire nuker for PvE. I understand anything without the awesome Mind Blast or SF or SH is considered subpar nowadays, but help a guy out?

please?

P.S: which green staff would be the best for a pve fire nuker?

I'd love to try an Assassin's promise DoT nuker. (Fill bar with tenai's/searing heat, firestorm, breath of fire, meteor shower, etc.)

Assassin's Promise with Glyph of Sacrifice + Meteor Shower, then the DoT nukes in there too. Fire Attunement and/or Glyph of Lesser Energy too.

12 Fire Magic, 10 Deadly Arts, 8 Energy Storage i'd say, with all the roonz n all that jazz.

20/20 HCT/HSR wand and focus.

i only have prophcies and i use

fire magic 11, energy storgae 9, water magic 8

Arcane echo, Mist form(elite),Glyph of lesser energy(for MS),Meteor Shower,Flame Burst,Inferno,Phoenix, Fire Attunement. This is for farming melee, you can switch skills where you like.

for missions-assuming you have healer and melees with you

Fire-maxed, Energy Storge 11, Water-6

Ice Spike,Fireball,Firestorm,Phoenix,Incendiary Bonds,Immolate, Aura Of Restoration, Fire Attunement.
Again, switch spells where needed.
Sorry i had to type it all i dont know how to put in skill bars...these bars have gotten me through most of the game so good luck

those are the main 3 that come to mind...

... and on top of the prophecies old school build use mindbender +- ebon vanguard st. of wisdom if you have EOTN.
It shortens casting and recharge time for MS which is your main nuking spell.
my elite is glyph of energy. I only use fire, seems to me that spending some points in water and using only 1 water spell is not worth it.
